Roasted red pepper, portabello mushrooms, calibasita, zucchini and caramelized onions served over couscous, smothered in artichoke sauce, topped with baked brie. For desert, poached tangerines in chocolate gooseberry sauce.
I'm not sure the practical purpose of poaching tangerines, but neither am I complaining about the result. I love food. I love it so. I am also a fan of people who know how to make doing dishes a social event.
