Sep. 12th, 2002 05:34 pmWacom tablets cost 400 dollars.
I was totally prepared and willing to spend 150, and I wouldn't have had to think about spending 200, but four hundred dollars is a little out of my price range. And I'm too much of a snob to get one of the "other" tablets, because there are times when brand names are worth the cost. But now I'm wibbling about it.
Scanner I want isn't available. Have to get something else, or buy another model. Not a big deal. I'm leaning towards the Epsom 2400. It seems like about the prettyness factor I was looking for...
Depending on what the hell I have to pay for my tablet, which I want I might get the Epsom 1660- which is cheaper and very nearly as pretty.
God damn it. I wanted a tablet. I wanted a tablet today. Now I have to actually shop for one, and this takes all the fun out of buying art supplies.
[Edit- is "towards" really not a word? Spell check says so, but I thought it was. I also thought "zexy" was a word, so what do I know?]
