You know you've come to the realm of the art!nazi when the model complains your going to fast.

I made the mistake of answering a question honestly. An hour of one minute life drawing poses and another hour of thirty second poses later, I have resolved never ever to do that again. When asked what forms of art you're interested in say oils. Or cross hatching.

Do not (pay attention here, this is important) say animation. At least not in the presence of an art nazi.

Stuff was burnt, bells were rung, the New Year was welcomed with pomp and circumstance and sparklers. After a few weeks away from school I am convinced that I don't need to run away to Guatemala, I can hack a few years in a row of the same kind of school. (Just because I haven't done it before doesn't mean I can't.) This is helped by Mike making vague comments about Peru and Yosemite this summer. Yeas.

Ko's writing something lovely, and I got to beta it. Now I'm going to bed, because my day absolutely can not get better.
