Light as mountains

I am ready for the class work any time now. Annnny time at all. I’m ready to be stretched and taught and battered with knowledge. I am not enjoying this “easing into classes” week. So I updated my user info. Yes, that’s how bored I am.

Also, seeing as I have a not-so-lovely record with medical ailments, I am concerned that I have been feeling shooting tingles in my right foot for the last three hours. It doesn’t hurt, but I was tested a degenerative nerve disease a few years ago. Just because all my tests came back negative, doesn’t mean my inner hypochondriac isn’t having a field day.

Charco- Marie-Tooth is characterized by “pes cavus.” (Oh yes. High arches. I wish someone would make clear to me what having high arches has to do with nasty degenerative nerve disease, but I’m told “it’s just one of those things.”)

On a lighter note: I am not and have never been a fan of pop music. Especially boyband variety pop. Why then, did I find myself today defending Justin Timberlake’s right to a decent solo career? *facepalm* No, I don’t pretend to understand it either, but I did convince them, so I guess I won.
