(no subject)

Finals week has begun, and in classic fashion I am suddenly enthralled by all the pieces of my life that don't involve school. Usually, I take finals week off work, and laze about as I imagine those decadent students who don't have to work for their keep do. This year, work has me doing a stupid time dated project that I should really finish before taking off. Also: the project is kind of interesting. Curse their shoes!

Anyway. The point of this is: "finals bah." I did dye my hair a rather nice shade of brown, bake a sweet potato pie, buy some t-shirts and finally finally post part one of a million of the photos taken in Peru, so this weekend was not a total waste. (Yes, the Peru photos are backdated, because I like to pretend to myself that I will post the rest someday, but I am a little taken aback at how long it took me to get these up.)

Those of you heading into testing: You have my sympathies, those of you not; please try not to gloat too loudly.
