Here's the thing: If the world were to revolve around me, I would probably be able to get a hold of people when I want to, and the bread recipe I left at home would find its way into my hands, and I'd have a stupid binder clip when I need one, and the dishes would always be washed, and the laundry would do itself, and work wouldn't involve re-integrating collections or measuring bone densities.

And that would be awesome. Perhaps a little more with the revolving around me, universe? I promise to be a benevolent sort of petty dictator.
