I erased my computer, reinstalled all my pirated software, my legal software, my two hundred ZIPPED megs of visual glory, three hours worth of zipped (broadband speed) music, attempted to round up all the things I deleted in the name of "please be fixed"- and, you guessed it. Not fixed. I am alone in a dark and godless void.
I have been informed that my hard drive is not fractured, which ought to be reassuring, but itsn't, as it comes from someone whose opinion is clouded by stupidity. I don't know what this means for the Mogget, as I can't really send it off to a shop and it's obviously not a software problem.
On the upside, how much does Mozilla rock? Almost one hundred and twelve percent. I am not pleased that I have to download all these dumb applets, but other than that- schnazzface. Also, I have just learned how to ink in Painter. I have inking capacity! I am going to be an unstoppable inking force.
I am almost ready to officially sign up for NaNoMangO. I haven't because I am yet again thwarted by scanners, and the lack thereof.
There has been a snafu at work, resulting in my not being paid(!) yet. At all. On the downside, this means that I literally have three dollars and spare change to my name- on the upside, I am going to be so rich come Friday. (I don't know how rich, because I have gotten a raise, (theoretically, seeing as I haven't been paid!) but for a college student with absolutely no financial responsibilities, I am going to be a scanner-toting, spring-break-ticket-having, marker-owning queen. Oh yes.)
I feel sort of mildly guilty for downloading manga (which I have been, oh yes, like mad). On the one hand, artists need the money, (and as stated above, my monies are free for spending) on the other, some hasn't been released in the states. It's a sort of non-issue moral dilemma, but those are the worst kind.
