(no subject)

I just got deferred for blood and/or marrow donation for the next year. And, alright, I completely understand that safe-is-better-than-sorry, and this blood and/or marrow is going to people who are ill, and the last thing they need is possible malaria contamination. And, Ok, travels in the jungle can sometimes lead to malaria. But. But! They totally called me up, and then slapped me down. If you think I like having my glucose levels tested, UBS, you are just wrong.

I am annoyed beyond any reasonable proportion by this.
