Nov. 29th, 2008 10:31 pmHere is what I expected from Thanksgiving weekend: A fabulous potluck, singing and dancing, Spooks, time with the jet setting best friend, and a few super crazy days at work.
Here is what I got from Thanksgiving weekend: A long drive, singing, Spooks, extra time with the jet setting best friend, Black Friday shopping, and a relatively mellow few days at work.
Dear Universe: what is up with that? On the upside, I learned why people care about stuffing, and as one might expect, it all has to do with pumpernickel.
I am collecting addresses for the traditional mailing of the cards. If you would like one, please email me Or, you know, leave a comment. I promise you that I think these cards are hilarious.
Also: I have my first medical school interview on Tuesday. (!!!!!!) If you would like to think happy thoughts at me, I would appreciate it.
