So, officially, slack lining is the most fun thing I've done all day. (This includes getting email from Mac, blowing up a Chemistry lab, and working on my sculpture.) It's like tightrope walking, which in turn is like walking on a ballence beam. Just like the beam, except it's one fourth the width, and moves in the breaze. Oh, but it was good, and I would like the record to state, that on this, my first day on a slack line, I took four whole steps without falling.
Yes, I am a natural.
The inside of my apple was bruised at lunch. How do you suppose that happened? Odd.
I have two entries in my long and varied search for types of rain that need names.
Rain Freckles: Rain that feels like freckles look. Small, tiny drops of water, but thicker than a straight mist.
Puddle Jumping: Big drops, far appart. If you walk right, you'll miss all the drops, but when one hits you, you know it. (cross reference to "soft hail")
